Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to run the course and issue certificates:

• Account details. We use passwordless magic-link sign-in, so we store your email address to send your login link and identify your account. We never set or store a password.
• Certificate details. The name you choose to display on your certificate, plus the certificate ID, issue date, and pass status.
• Learning progress.Lessons completed, practice quiz and exam results, and gamification data such as points, level, and streak. Some of this is also kept in your browser's local storage so your progress persists between visits.
• Payment information. If you purchase a certificate, payment is handled by our processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive limited transaction details (such as confirmation of payment, amount, and a reference ID).
• Usage and device data. Basic analytics such as pages viewed, actions taken, and device, browser, and approximate location (derived from your IP address), used to understand and improve the product.
• Messages you send us. Anything you submit through our contact form.

• Provide the course, practice quizzes, and certification exam.
• Save and sync your progress across sessions and devices.
• Issue, deliver, and verify your certificate, and email you the link to it.
• Process your $52 certificate payment and provide support.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that make the service work, and only as needed:

• Supabase hosts our authentication and database (your account, progress, and certificate records).
• Stripe processes certificate payments.
• Resend delivers transactional email, such as your certificate link.
• PostHog provides product analytics.
• Tally powers our contact form.

These providers may process data on servers located in the United States or elsewhere. When you choose to share your certificate (for example to LinkedIn), you are sharing it with that platform under its own terms.

Certificates are verifiable by design. If you share your certificate or its verification link, anyone with that link can confirm its authenticity and see the details printed on it, such as the recipient name, certificate ID, and issue date. Do not put information on your certificate that you do not want to be publicly viewable.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, browser local storage to remember your course progress and gamification state, and analytics cookies to measure usage. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may sign you out or reset locally stored progress.

We keep your account, progress, and certificate records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and keep certificates verifiable. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data through our contact form.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, reach us through our contact form and we will respond as required by applicable law.

AI Certificate Online is intended for working professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including passwordless sign-in so there is no password to be stolen. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
