AI Certificate Online offers a self-paced online course and an online, unproctored multiple-choice certification exam. The course and the exam are free to take. If you pass and want a certificate, you may purchase a downloadable PDF certificate for a one-time fee of $52.

Sign-in uses a passwordless magic link sent to your email, so you are responsible for maintaining access to and the security of your email inbox. You agree to provide accurate information, including the name you choose to display on your certificate, and to keep your account details up to date.

The certificate confirms that you completed our assessment and demonstrated practical AI knowledge on the date of issue. Please understand that:

• It is an independent credential issued by AI Certificate Online. It is not a government-accredited or university qualification.
• The exam is unproctored and self-administered. It does not guarantee employment, promotion, or any specific outcome.
• You agree to complete the exam honestly and on your own. Certificates represent your own work.

Certificate payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown on the site and may change over time; any reference price shown as a comparison is for illustration and does not necessarily reflect a past sale price. If you are not satisfied with your certificate, contact us through our contact form and we will make it right in line with our satisfaction guarantee.

You agree not to:

• Cheat on the exam, share exam answers, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the assessment.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the course content or exam questions.
• Forge, alter, or misrepresent a certificate, or present a certificate that is not yours as your own.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

We may suspend accounts and revoke certificates obtained through cheating, fraud, or violation of these terms.

The course, lessons, quizzes, exam questions, branding, and site design are owned by AI Certificate Online and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. You may share and display a certificate that was issued to you.

The course and exam are provided for educational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI tools and best practices change quickly, and the content may not always be complete or current. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Certificate Online will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the exam, or a certificate. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for a certificate.

The site relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, PostHog, and Tally) and may link to external platforms such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through our contact form. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
